XJD series of multi-valve control system is mainly applied to filter, soften and deaerator equipments so as to realize auto-operation of sustem. Meanwhile it is applied to liquid level control in waterbox instead of original floatvalve. And shortcomings of vulnerable floatvalve are overcome.
Comparison between control system1、There is no slow-flush program on the original controller in respect of ion-exchange application, which makes serious waste of saltwater appear. After slow-flush program is adde in system by our modification, operational cost is reduced greatly.
2、In respect of ion-exchange application, original controller adopts salt valve to realize the controlling over saltbox refill. But the largest diameter of salt valve is DN20 in large scale system, while in large scale system, saltwater intake tube is more than DN32 generally, which will make salt valve do not work normally. After modification by us, control system is added in water level conrol of salt carton, original salt valve is canceled. And diameter-nonaltered of saltwater intake tube can be realized.
3、In respect of ion-exchange application, original controller does not realize the controlling over saltwater filter system.While in large scale ion exchange system, salt filter system is indispensable. If control is realized, the only way is to manually operate salt filter system; after modification by us, saltwater control system is added, and further more, chain between its control system and original control system is achieved. No need of manual operation.

Working principle
XJD multi-valve control system is made of a pressure signal distributor and a PLC programmable controller. It is fixed in a water-proof plastic casing. Pressure signal distributor is a rotary pilot valve to guild liquid or gas signal source to turn on or turn off various diaphragmvalves, thereby auto-control of equipment system is fulfilled. Valve element of signal distributor is made of solid, anticorrosion and self-lubricated material with long usage life and without maintenance.
Valve in operation selects technology from abroad, hydraulic or pneumatic diaphragmvalve developed by us, 1.5”~6”are accessible. ?600~?3000 tank can be equipped. This kind of valve has low cost, simple installation, easy maintenance.Layman can fulfill check, repair, replacement and other operations.

Working principle of signal distributor
Distributor is driven to rotate by small motor controlled by time or flow programmer, and it is also can rotate manually. When distributor is rotated to different palces, one or several pores are open or shut down. Place No. of distributor pore canal match the operational steps of system.( see chart and table) The open pore canal shall guild signal pressure resourece to drive diaphragmvavle to activate, in the meantime other diaphragmvavles are evacuated, and routine places are recovered. Signal pressure resource which drives diaphragmvavle may be gas or liquid.
For continous running voltage are not needed as control solenoid valve, defect and this maintenance caused by electricity are reduced significantly.

XJD flow type controller
XJD flow type controller is equipped with advanced microcomputer chip technology to specially control the regenerated flow and time type of water treatment equipments. This controller can be used to independent controlling over multi-tank filter, soften, desalination and others consisted of multi-tank. And it features instant flow, residual water, accumulated water display, preset regenerated program, system operating status display, chain control with other controlling equipments and other special functions.
